Jill Devon is the instigator and founder of The Beadworkers Guild and the creator of the first beadwork show in the United Kingdom: the popular Great British Bead Show.  She has co-edited (along with Liz Thornton) the best- selling series of books published by the Guild: Introduction to Beadwork; and more recently co-wrote The Beaders Floral (again with Liz Thornton) which is a beautifully produced inspiring guide to beadwork flowers.

Jill owns The Bead Merchant in Essex and has spent over 15 years facilitating other people’s creativity – by writing, teaching, designing and developing accessible beadwork, and by guiding beaders in their artistic endeavours.
